Hi,
The website is not informative. I would consider donating if I actually saw what the money is used for. I love labs and I understand the multitude of labs/lab mixes that will suffer for their happyass attitudes. The majority will act fine if given the attention they deserve. It is only when they are neglected that they get the uncontrollable, undesireable, happyass attitude.

Dixie... I agree that this website isn't very informative and who in their right mind would just "give money" to not know what the heck's going on to someone they don't know? Check out the website of the lab rescue I'm associated with:

http://www.cilra.org/
(that's my beloved, late, Yogi in the upper left hand corner of the web page!).

Anywho... maybe you could network with other lab rescues that are set up to see how they went about it? Just a thought...

I guess my specific input is what I'd said. Network with other lab rescue sites that are already set up with their tax-deductible status and see how they went about it. Good luck...
