Last night, I logged into my photobucket account, with the intent to post some pictures on here. But that was obviously not going to happen. Why? Because, while I can log into photobucket, I can no longer see any of my pictures on there. ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! What in the heck is up with that? Is my computer blocking something? Is it an issue on Photobucket's end? Whatever it is, I'm so pissed off my eye is twitching.

Photobucket had a stupid update. If you look in the upper right hand corner, though, you can see in smallish blue letters "Switch Back to the Original Photobucket." I'd try clicking that and see if it fixes your problem!

I tried that and nothing happens. It won't switch back. It's not that it freezes up, because I can click on other things in the bar. But when I click on "switch back...", nothing happens.

I just see blank white squares where my pics should be. :(

It's all fine when using the mobile app on my phone, but not when on my computer. That's why I was wondering if my computer could be blocking something.

Hello All!

Your thread popped up in my Google Alerts so I thought I would pop in to see if I can help you out.

There could be a few different reasons that you are having these errors. I would suggest starting with the troubleshooting basics. These steps clear up about 95% of the problems that people have on Photobucket.

Clear out your browser's cache and cookies:
http://photobucket.zendesk.com/entries/21118613-clear-your-browser-s-cache-and-cookies

Then, let's make sure you have the most current versions of Flash and Java:
http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/
http://www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp

Also, check to see if Javascript is enabled (Javascript is different from Java):
http://enable-javascript.com/

We've noticed a lot of our users are using the latest version of Internet Explorer, but have compatibility mode enabled. This option causes numerous issues with how Photobucket displays.

Can you check to see if you have it turned on? I found this article online that helps walk you through checking to see if its there, how to turn it off, etc. - http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1196-internet-explorer-compatibility-view-turn-off.html. You can also add the photobucket.com link to the compatibility view list. This keeps your browser in Compatibility Mode if you want it there, but keeps Photobucket.com out of it. This will make the site work better.

If this doesn't fix your problem you can reach me directly by sending us a private message on Facebook: http://www.facebook.com/photobucket

Or you can open a support request here: http://support.photobucket.com

Thanks for letting me chime in here! I really hope this helps!
-Michael
