I'm currently trying to find the perfect winter coat for Cali. I've been browsing Etsy and found this coat in particular:

They actually have a few coats that I could see myself purchasing, and better yet, they have a 25% off coupon code at the moment. Plus they're a Canadian seller which means the shipping will be cheaper as well. It also comes with a fleece snood.
It's supposed to be good for up to -30C, but I'm wondering if that would work for a skinny toy breed dog? Cali has a nice coat, but she's definitely on the skinny side and gets cold easily on our walks, so I'm wondering if the -30C would suffice or if I should go warmer.
Side note, in what colour? I'm thinking pink, possibly even yellow, but I'm not sure.
