Help with animated avatar

I made this Avatar on www.blibs.com/editor/
But everytime I try to put it as my avatar it isnt animated or it wont even let me use it at all.

I had the same problem with an animated avvie that I made for someone.

Took a few minutes, but I did something and then it worked.

Now if I could only remember what it was I did.........hmmmmmmm................. lol

i also have the same problem before... i dunno why it wasnt animated so i end up using no avatar...
