Oh Dear God. Somebody remind me to look up calorie content BEFORE I eat an entire sandwich.
My co-worker was going to Panera and offered to pick something up for me. Stupidly I said "Sure!"
Then I ate the whole sandwich.
Then I looked up the calorie content to add to SparkPeople...
1000+ calories in that sandwich.

Eep.

Wow Beanie.. What was on it?

I've had issues since I came home counting.. Hard to eat a family dinner and THEN decide what all I ate.. I have written down my calories today finally and am keeping track..

Haven't really gained anything.. back up to 160 but I can fluctuate some.. So I thought I'd try to be a little more proactive and count again. Thought about what I've eaten for the most part.. So I haven't really binged though.

Have not read the entire thread, but I highly recommend the Eat This, Not That books. They have versions for kids food and for adult foods. It's quite eye opening.
