Sorry i havent posted i've bin real busy

Our boder terrier puppy came home on sunday, after his 3 trains, 1 taxi and 1 plane the first thing he did was lick me to death!
he is so cute!
and so clever! he pees outside (most of the time!)
And he is so much fun!
i love him to death!
oh and his name is now Harley!

oh and he gets all his shots on friday
do you reckon i can take him for his first walk after his first set of shots
or should i wait till hes finished the course?

How cute!

You can't take them out till a week after they have had all their shots, as they get different stuff in the second lot.

You CAN carry him out though, in your arms. It is a good idea to take him to see sights and sounds, but he must not go on the floor or near dogs which you don't know have been vaccinated or not.

He is precious! Great name for a Border, too. :)

I'd start at-home obedience training once he's settled in and bonded to you. You can do puppy classes too if you'd like - they're fun.

ok what are puppy classes? do they teach them anything?

and at what actual age can i start basic obediance classes?

Puppy classes - they don't really teach much, they do some basic commands but it's mainly for the socialazation and experiences your puppy has there. I reccomend enrolling in it. :)

had his vaccinations today!!!! was as good as gold!
and tomorow he can meet our tenants golden retriever
we know shes had her vaccinations so it will be fine
