Walmart. They come in packs of ten for like three dollars. She has about fifty of them at this point, but she's just recently decided that headbands are the devil and she doesn't want to wear them any more. Little Miss Independence.

I made the cake, there were teacup cupcakes too... by the time I got done making them I was gonna kill a bitch, and I now hate cupcakes. LOL
