She is a senior girl of about 8-9 years, having spent her life alone in a small, stark kennel, used for breeding and never knowing affection or proper care. Persimmon needs to be an 'only pet', but adores humans of all kinds. She is fully vetted and healthy, with plenty of good years ahead of her. She is spunky and happy and loves car rides! She is about 34lbs. and is good in the house, though has never lived in one full time. Several people have committed to adopting her and then stood her up without even meeting her.... so she waits and wishes the New Year will bring her the family she has never had ....
