I was emailing back and forth with Mia's breeder lately and she mentioned how much Mia has gown up to look like her mom and grandma. I knew what her mom looks like but her grandma is owned by another kennel so I looked her up and WOW! All three of them just look the same. These are all at about the same age too (10 months)

Mia's grandmother:

Mia's mom:

No stacked pic of Mia, but...

Okay Mia is definitely darker than the others.

Do your dogs look like their relatives? (pics?) Summer is almost an exact copy of her grandmother, Kissy. I have seen pictures of Kissy (none on the computer) and I literally thought it was Summer. Same color and build and everything.

VERY similar, but... Mia's prettier. She has nicer markings :p (or will those fade?).

Mia's dam and grandmother are beautiful, but. . .I think Mia's even prettier :)

I don't know Lucy's parents. She most likely was from a puppy mill.
Millie looks a lot like her mom, although Mandy had less white.

I'll try to scan some pics of Mandy. :)

Hehehe! Awwe, Romeo-Dad! I actually think he looks quite a bit like Romeo, just off in coat-length and coloring.. so handsome!

Would you feel comfortable posting a link(if there is one) to Romeo's breeder online?

I don't know any of Gavroche's relatives.

But, I can post pictures of Logan and his relatives. He'll be my dog soon enough :p

Logan:

His sire, Loki:

Grandsire, Mark:

Great great grandsire, Hunter:

Great Granddam, Whoopie:

I'd say there's a bit of a family resemblance ;)

LOL, Sael, definitely. They're all real stunners. If you don't mind me asking, when does Logan get to come home with you?

Logan looks a LOT like Hunter in the body. He's a bigger dude. :)

When Kaia's breeder and I first met, she asked me if Strider was out of Leicro's within 20 seconds of laying eyes on him. I asked her how she knew so fast, and she told me to look the kennel up and I would see. :rofl1:

Presenting, Strider's grand-pappy, Nisse

and Strider

Please excuse my stupid hair. This is the only photo I have of him remotely decently stacked.

He makes the same "sad face". We call it the "dawww....Striiiiderrr" face (it has to be said in an Eeyore voice)

Edit: I found a picture of him with his mommy, and half aunt.
Aunty is on the left, Strider in the middle, and Mom on the right.

Spank and Bandit looked very similar, except Bandit is heavier boned. Which comes from his mother. He is a spitting image of his mommy.

Ronin looks a lot like his sire Hunter:

This is not the best comparison photo, but thosr of you who know Ronin can probably see his sire in him without needing a reference photo.

Kaylee is SO much like her sire, Ranger - especially in the face. Sometimes I look at Kaylee and it's like Ranger's looking back at me. Seriously, this is Ranger at a year old... doesn't this look like Kaylee?

Here's Kaylee by comparison:
