Vet told me no baths for 2 weeks after Charlie got neutered - I assume it would be the same for a female.

With a female I might want to wait another week or two on top of Charlie's reply JUST to be sure....

its a little more invasive then a males neutering..

When Tango was spayed, she wasn't allowed to have a bath for about three and a half weeks.

Ditto that. I would personally wait at least 3 1/2 or 4 weeks.

I wouldn't take the chance until everything looks healed . You can buy cleaning pads if stinky !
