My dogs would probably escort the person around the property barking enthusiastically. I'm pretty sure Delgado at least would not let up. If they made any sort of threatening move they would be on them even more intensely. Except Lola, she's a wimp, but Chewy and Delgado for sure. If they came in in a bulky bite suit those two would be even more distressed because of the added strangeness. Chewy would be fearful, I'm sure; she talks a big game but she gets really flinchy when she's stressed out. I would hope the barking alone would deter anyone, and draw attention from the neighbors.
Delgado would definitely be the most effective deterrent. He is such a space case, but in some regards he is totally a closed book. He has a really strong protective instinct for us and our property, good intuition, and I believe he reads people a lot better than his idiotic tendencies let on, but he's so relaxed and goofy all the time it's hard to say. I have seen him do a total 180 personality wise on a few occasions when I was at the house alone or walking the dogs alone, and he definitely brings a sense of security.
