I might do this occasionally while I'm learning my camera and this 50 mm.
I've been taking pics with my tripod lately, and felt like taking pics of something other than leashes and rope.:lol-sign:

I KNOW her nose is not in focus in this shot, but LOOK AT THOSE EYES!!

So, yeah, just practicing.:D

none of my photos are in focus anymore, i can only hope people think it is a soft focus on purpose. Nice photo!!

Oh. My. God.

I love Ella. And you. And your camera. Mostly Ella, though. :p

Btw, I think the focusing is fine... You focused on ONE point (her eyes.. ALWAYS a good thing to have focused, usually the best focal point of the picture) and everything that is ahead or behind is a bit fuzzy.. it can't be helped if you're focusing like that. I think it adds a LOT of character to pictures, honestly.
