Subaru STi shoot

I got permission to swipe the 2010 STi we have on our used lot for a photoshoot this past Sunday, so I took it up to Red Rocks. One of the other guys at work started a Tumblr account and we're pairing up on some other social media stuff too. So, photos! And yes, driving the car was just as much fun as doing the shoot.

This was the first shoot I've done with a car, so any tips from car club photogs would be more than welcome!

I am as far from a car person as one can possibly get. But I looked at these on your photography FB, followed the link again from your FB and looked at them again on here. They are just so PRETTY.

I love the ones where you shot into the sun.

I'm happy with how they came out for the most part. I'm still getting used to this D300 and since I don't really own it yet, I can't just sit there and take 209387419286492 shots to really get a good feel. So that shoot was a lot of learning on the fly and I also learned that really, really, really miss my 18-135mm lens. I had an 11-16mm, my 50mm and then the 70-300.
