Pet Insurance....

Sorry if this has been covered... I would like to know who has had really good luck with their pet insurance. I did see a study on 20/20 that it was a scam, kinda. They "proved" it was good if you had several pets, and most had "problems." I would like to know of a good company, if any of you know one and the latest information.
I have seen some "scams" out there....never needed it before, and I had another pet sitter tell me a good one. Just want some feedback from anyone who has pet insurance, and their experience.

Well I have a friend that is a vet at petsmart vet she is great, anyways we have insurance for my dogs and cat it has saved me a great deal of money. First of all the vet visit are free and you get a discount on all other services. If you have a puppy and under 6mo for $20 a month they cover all expenses for neutering or spaying. I love our plan.
