This is so very Phillip. He is a big black barking bully blop that puts on the breaks whenever you tell him to get lost. (notice Spanky in the background, grinning like a mad chicken that Phillip is getting in trouble and not he).
I admire that dog's spirit. Him and I are great friends. Probably because he, like I, is stubborn as an ox.
