Pumpkin carving

My sister went apple picking yesterday and brought some pumpkins home for the dogs. They loved it.

Pig immediately saw it as something to eat. Badger got excited as soon as he saw it, but decided it was something to play with first. Bear thought it made for a good fetch toy and eventually came to the conclusion it was edible after the guts started coming out of his deep puncture marks.

Both of the boys removed the stems off of theirs for optimal rolling capabilities. Badger also wasn't too sure of the skin, so he had to peel his.

Oh my gosh, how funny! We had pumpkins in our house for weeks last year, and Lucy never so much as nosed it. They had a ball!
