Quoting from a post

When you want to quote a long post in separate sections so you can easily answer each part... how do you do this?

I quote the entire post, then I cut and paste the closing tag to where I want to end the first section, then for each individual section that I want to have, I highlight the section of text and click on the quote button above ~ .
