I think she is husky/pit. In order to get tan points, both parents have to have or carry the gene to produce tan points. While Rotts obviously have tan points, the "red" in their breed is extremely rare. Shar Pei come in chocolate/liver but tan points are extremely rare. Tan points are not common in pits but the gene is there. Huskies can be pretty much any color or combination.

Good call on the tan points. It's entirely possible that the non husky parent was a mix of more than one breed too, with the "bully" look coming from one grandparent and the coloring from another.
