I'm bottle feeding a weak pup, hoping not to lose her :( She's doing ok, maybe a slight possiblity of a little dehydration maybe.
I came accross this recipe that have tons ofd positive feedback from its users.

Evaporated Milk
egg white
Sterilized Water
Reg Mayonnaise
Whole Yogurt
Karo Syrup

Claims to fatten them up faster than the cans of formula and get them stronger faster.

has anyone tried this?

To be honest, that doesn't look like a balanced formula at all.

Here's a recipe from a veterinarian:

1 cup half-and-half
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon protein powder (whey or egg is great, don't use soy)
500 mg calcium (e.g. a supplement like calcium carbonate) or 3/4 teaspoon bonemeal

This has a proper calcium/phosphorus ratio for puppies (1.3:1)and provides about 486 kcal per recipe.

It would also be a good idea to add a high quality multivitamin product (e.g. "", make sure it does not contain menadione or "vitamin K3") and a probiotic supplement (acidophilus powder or capsules). This is especially critical since young puppies' digestive systems do not have an established intestinal flora yet and are very susceptible to pathogenic bacteria.
