One post every 30 seconds?

Why do we need to wait 30 seconds before we post anything if you posted sumthing before? Because its a problem with pple with FAST internet, lol.

I think it is to prevent spammers.

That is exactly why. It is a feature built in to VBulletin to prevent spamming of posts.

I am pretty sure that all of the time limits are individual settings in the Forum control panel. The Forum administrator has set the times that he/she feels is best for the Forum. But again it is a way of stopping members from mass mailing / spamming other members and just being dumb. IMHO

spammers and trolls often post about 1,000 posts every 2-3 seconds if the site doesnt have a buffer/filter.
