Stop barking!!!!!!

So we've not had this problem before. Our neighbors at the old house all had dogs and Mia more or less ignored them. We moved and while Mia ignores the Huge GSD next door there is some kind of yappy dog behind us. Mia and he (or she) bark back and forth a LOT and it is driving me nuts. The other dog starts it an Mia barks back and it goes on for a long time.

How do I get her to ignore that dog too? I think if she stopped barking back the other dog would stop after a few barks.

And it's weird right now another dog is barking diagonal to us and Mia is ignoring. It's something about that specific dog that lives behind us...

What (if anything, I know you just moved) have you tried so far?

Basically just 'Mia shut up or I'm throwing you in the trash!'

I've taught my dogs that other dogs barking at them means they get a cookie. They don't bother barking back because it is totally cookie time, and after a while they just stop caring.
