Is anyone interested in doing a "trick of the week" game again?

I know we did this before. I need some motivation to train and play with my dog. I'm too cheap to pay for entertainment and I really want to get more into training Bandit again but I some times lack the drive. Especially because he doesnt really NEED mental stimulation to be a good dog. But he likes it.

Anyone else interested in doing a weekly trick that we film and show each other again? Or do we have a thread like this that i am not seeing?

Maybe a general few that one's dog should know to help other harder tricks? Or whoever decides could choose a few tricks... (yea not very helpful right).

Maybe have an easier and a harder one each week?

Some easier suggestions for the first week:

Bow
Wave
Sit up
Spin
Back up

ETA:
Harder:

Putting a bowl in a bowl
All 4 paws in a small box/bowl
Frog position
Crawl

I like those!

how about
- putting a toy in a basket?
- paw targets?
- pick up/carry a basket or bucket kind of thing?
- close cabinet?

I like this idea as well.

I won't be able to participate every week, as I don't live with Maggie anymore, but I'd like to do it when I can :)

I'd love to do this and alternate between Tipper and Murphy. (Notice how I'm not going for both in one week, I know my limits LOL.)

Sounds fun! I'd be in for at least some of it.

I'm in!

Maybe it can be two separate tricks...one for the simpler dogs, heh, and an advanced trick?
Most beginner tricks can be built on as far as duration or distance goes and also style. So if the trick was say sit up and your dog already sits up, work on their form or having them hold it longer or sit up with you further away. Spin can turn into multi-spins, back up can go from a few steps to across the room etc.
