What type of soy nuts are we talking about here? salted? honey roasted/salted?

Soy in general can be very good for dogs as far as I know..........many benefits, but it can also affect dogs with food allergies (I have read) and cause skin problems and such to be worse.

Are we talking about a snack or a diet based on soy nuts?

They are not salted or roasted. Raw, in other words. I'll read up on it a bit tonight on the web, and see what I find, and let you know.

I would think that soy nuts as a snack (as long as they aren't salted or sweetened) would be just fine. Orson loves nuts in general and tries his best to sweet talk me out of Marty's treats, LOL

I know some people cutting meat out of their dog's diet (for whatever reason, allergies or trying to go vegan) base a lot on soy.
