Thinking about renting space

Thinking about renting space at a vet clinic

I'm wondering if anyone can guide me on info how to go about to rent space from a vet clinic. There client list very minimal right now, as they just started grooming, and if I rent, I'll need to buy all of my own big equipment, minus the cages. I'm trying to find out how to figure out what the "RIGHT" amount to pay for rent is, especially since I'm supplying everything on my own, minus the phone, the cages, and a washer and dryer. Any ideas on where I can find that info at? I'm awaiting a call back from the director of the school I went to, but until then, I wanted to check in for ideas.

PetSmart has grooming...would that be something you could use ?? No overhead for you.

Well, I already know that I want to go to this vet clinic. I don't wanna work at a place like Petsmart, I've already worked at Petco. None of them pay very well. I want to have my own thing, by renting

Have you talked to other groomers in the area who are renting space?
