I think it was showpug that made a post a few months ago about why designer breeds won't be real breeds. Does anyone remember? She made some really good points. If it was even her. grrr wish I could find it.

Isn't there always with any talk about "designer" and/or "hybrid" breeds? I have started to hate the discussion, because there's this attitude of it has that type of adjective attached or one of these weird names then that means these mutts are better than the mutts found in shelters. Love my mongolian poochie dog (which i started to call Mojo when someone couldn't believe he wasn't a "designer" dog) but he's a mutt plain and simple.
