Yeah, it's higher than she would jump in actual agility. We've worked our way up that high gradually over the time I've had her. 
Started with the pole on the ground then moved it up (using various things) two or so inches until it was this high.
It's lower than what she CAN jump, though. She can jump things almost as tall as my hip easily. She's a jumper lol. She can also scale baby gates and let herself out if I try to block her off in one room.
