Dog from the "Oust" Comercial????

What kind of dog is that in the "Oust" commercial? My dad thinks it's a Jack Russel, but it has pointed ears..... It's the comercial where the guy is like "this is my best friend, Rusty", and the lady goes "musty rusty." Anyone have any idea what kind it is? It's adorable! lol! Just wondered. Thanks!

Here are the options I've come up with so far:
Jack Russel (maybe his ears are cropped?)
Toy Fox Terrier (out of standard?)
Smooth Fox Terrier (cropped ears?)
Some kind of mix? Possibly Jack/Chi???

I can't say I've seen the commercial, but keep in mind that the ears could be prick on a Jack Russell (naturally, not cropped).

Also, a similar dog to what you're describing is the Rat Terrier.

hes a JRT with pricked ears (and a wirey coat)...MANY jacks have naturally pricked ears...
