I'm posting this not so much as a comment on Gov. Walker and the cost of his restorations, but on something that keeps bothering me . . . is it just me or are the costs quoted by the government (of the US or state govs) out of whack? Or at least sound out of whack. Out of whack in a surely it can't cost that much! sort of way?
