My whole take on it is, if there's not a sign up that says no pets, and people can take their pocketbook dogs in, then Kharma can go in.
I even take her with me when I go to vote. The polling place is in the courthouse, just three blocks from me, so we walk. She does a fabulous job of keeping the poll sitters who jump you and try to influence your vote before you go in at a respectful distance
I've taken Bimmer a few times, but he really does not like going into strange buildings.
