Tail Bandin VS Docking

OK I know they are the same thing. But...

Why would you use a tail band on a puppy VS taking it to the vet for docking?

I've heard form some it heals better without the little nubb that can be there with regualr docking. But I really have no clue.

The reason I do it, Jenn, is much MUCH less stress for mom and the babies.

I have done it both ways, and I MUCH prefer banding.
