Puppy,diaria, peeing

My 4 month old pup had a bought with the runs. I took her to the vet today and and they did an exam and gave her a pill and told me to put this powder on her food(for the next five days) I took her to work and she ended up peeing in one of the hallways. This is the first accident in 2 months. Im wondering if it could be from the pill or the stress of the vet. I guess its not that big a deal but I really thought she was totaly house trained
Just venting I guess. Also the vet charged 100 dollars for the vist-ouch

I haven't heard of it causing any urinary problems, but the stress might have hurt her house training.
