I was wondering how long it takes for deworming to take effect?
It turns out Snoppy got ringworm. All the household dogs are being dewormed right now.
I gave them all a dose last night and another in 14 days.

Ringworm is actually a topical fungus, not an actual worm. If you're doing internal de-worming, are you sure you don't mean "roundworms"? Because Drontal and the like won't do a thing for ringworm, only tolfanate cream (athlete's foot cream) and Vitamin E oil.

Usually you do 3 doses over 3 days, wait 2 weeks for the prepatent period (eggs -> adult) for the next round of eggs, then dose them 3 doses over 3 days again. Or some other similar schedule.
