My son sent me this video this morning I immediately rushed over and am on my way to the vet with her :-(

Well she has air under her skin, it had a big long name but the long and short is they don't really know... She has no injuries or breaks, they are suspicious of a tumor on her trachea, I have to bring her back in the new year to see if what they saw has "changed"

In the meanwhile they gave her steroids that should help, and the swelling is already going down... If she changes for the worse I have to bring her back right away
