I've noticed Bodhi twice today rubbing her sides along the wall and the radiator!

She hasn't been scratching anymore than normal, but I've never noticed her do this before?

Could it be fleas?? I haven't seen any... she hasn't been treated recently, but both cats have.

She hasn't had fleas since she was a puppy!!

The best way to detect if a dog has fleas is with a flea comb. Run the comb through a small section of fur and look for little black specks.

Are you using any kind of flea preventive such as Frontline Plus?

It could also be allergies. My Peanut gets them with the warmer weather and I have to give him Benedryl now and then to help.

Best place to check is on back at tail area . Do it over a white sheet and if you comb off any tiny black specks , touch them with a Qtip dipped in alcohol . If it's flea dirt , it will turn red .

Tatey use to love to sit with her back to the chain link fence and rock back and forth to scratch her back. ONce i saw the neighbor's dog sitting oppsite of her and they both were rocking at the same time. IT was hysterical. Tatey did not have fleas.

I don't think she does have fleas.

I'm going to have a nosey now. I don't use flea prevention because quite frankly they've been a rarity and I'm not about to douse her in chemicals to stop something that's never there...!

Coors does that on the front of our couches in the living room. His problem is allergies. And lots of them!
