Getting back into training

We've had a rough couple of years, and I'm not too happy to admit we've been severely lacking in the training department. Not to mention I've been helping with shelter dogs more often than with my own dogs.

So I'm asking if someone could suggest, or PM me, some good beginner tricks/commands to train the dogs (as well as my shelter dogs).

Sit, down, stay, come, paw, wave, leg weaves, nose target, foot target, bow, sit pretty...

Maybe go through the trick training threads and pick some of these? Some of them are easier than others!
