The thing is,i want to buy that dog,but don't know much about dogs myself.

Maybe leave a comment and ask so the poster can tell you? I'd guess it's very likely it's a mix of some kind -- very cute, too.

What a cutie! No idea on the breed, but...

If by buy you mean adopt, I say go for it I would be very wary buying that dog if someone was actually looking to sell it. If you browse the breeding section of the forum, there is lots of good info on choosing a good breeder

It's very hard to tell what kind of puppy it is at that age, and it looks like some sort of mixed breed, anyway. She probably came from a shelter or rescue. There is a lot of information here about how to tell whether or not you're ready to get a puppy or dog, and where to look for a good breeder or how to find a good shelter puppy.
