Dog Recipies

this thread is all for dog recipies please post if you have any and hopefully we will get enouf and be able to create a cookbook of some kind

also if you have any websites with recipies please post them aswel

a recipie i found

Ingredients:

1 cup white or whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 cup shredded carrots
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup honey (optional)
1 egg


Mix the dry ingredients. Add the remaining ingredients and mix quickly.
Bake in a greased ring mold at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
You may frost this cake with low fat cottage cheese
And decorate with some carrot pieces.
Store in the refrigerator. (Dogs will eat this without the honey added)

Beefy Biscuits

Makes - 2 dozen
Prep Time 10 minutes
Bake Time 45 minutes

Ingredients

• 1.5 L (6 1/2 cups) buckwheat flour
• 360 ml (1 1/2 cups) water
• 15 ml (1 T) garlic
• 50 ml (4 T) basil
• 480 ml (2 cups) low sodium beef broth

Preparation & Cooking

Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processors. Add flour/water to compensate for liquidity/thickness. Once dough can form a ball, roll into a 1” thick log and ½” thick cookies from end. Arrange on a cookie sheet and bake at 160ºC (325ºF) for 35 minutes. Turn off heat and allow to cool in oven overnight.
