I thought some of those were particularly good ideas.
What kinds of things do you do to boost your mood.
I find going for a walk with my dogs always perks me up...physically as well as mood-wise.
A shower
A cup of tea (of course) lol.
On a wintery day, making home made soup really is a comforting thing to me.
Doing some house work seems to boost my mood, especially when it's done. :rofl1: No, seriously. I feel so much more relaxed and less stressed when my house is clean and tidy.
Curling up on the couch with a good book and a fleecy throw... or watching something on TV when it's lousy weather outside...turning on a table lamp if it's very dark and cloudy sometimes makes the room feel cozy. A fireplace would really top it off. One of these days I'm going to have one put in, I swear. Love a fireplace.
Those are a few things I like to do which seem to boost my mood. I don't necessarily do them for the purpose of boosting my mood. They just do.
