One of our local news stations is teaming up with a local gym to do a free 12 week workout program for a group of 24 moms (they expanded from 12) and the news channel is going to follow their progress. I'm not sure how it's all going to work but I start Monday morning and I am super excited

Thanks! That's what I'm thinking. You can't get more accountable than having to check in and report your progress to the local news! I think, if nothing else, I'll succeed out of sheer fear of embarrassment of failing, lol. Every single person I know will be keeping up with it!
