Why is meat, chicken, salmon, and bread on the list?

Chicken and bones???? Really??? Thats crazy. And vitamins? I'm guessing they mean human ones? Shouldn't it be more specific?

Salmon depends. It could be if it's fresh caught, raw from the Pacific Northwest.
