Hi! I have been lurking about and thought I would introduce myself. It's great to find a forum devoted to dog art. So many talented artists!! I am a working on my career as a dog artist and can be found sketching ringside at dog events here in the North East U.S. My primary medium is watercolors .I used to work only in pastels but fell in love with WC! I'm a dog lover from way back and have a Doberman that I show in the breed ring and a Border Collie that I do agility and herding with. My BC is my muse!! I do lots of artwork fundraising for BC rescue. Here is one of my latest painting commissions of a rescue BC. I hope the detail shows up okay. A fun dog to paint!
