Yesterday was a rest day, today I did 20 crunches, 5x 4 second plank (can't do it much longer than 4 seconds at once because I'm horridly out of shape lol), and 12 modified pushups. Also completed 1 mile (like 80% walking, 20% jogging/running... that percentage is going up!) in about 16 minutes. Last week it took me 20-22. WHOO!
