Do a search on feeding tuna, it is my understanding that it can cause heart problems in cats and smaller dogs. And should be fed (if at all) with care.
I don't think doing it regularly is good idea. Tuna is very high in Sodium and mercury (not good for anyone to eat everyday). For an occasional treat I'd say it's fine though.
Thor gets the water whenever I make Tuna and every few weeks he gets a whole can of Tuna and goes crazy for it Sometimes I think he's going to eat his bowl to get every last drop :rofl1:
