Nel adopted him as soon as he arrived, which was awesome because I didn't have a clue how she would be with a very young puppy. She was amazing, which gives me hope for her future as a mom:

I love you when you pop in with new pictures! Your crew is beautiful. I adore Nel. She's so gorgeous. And Cheza and Lyra are adorable (as is the puppy of course!). I can't believe Cheza is 6 already either. That's crazy.

School and teaching keep me so busy it's just, wow. I got myself into it but some days I just wish I could sit around and do nothing. Can't wait for spring break.

The puppy is super cute. I watch him in boss's office for an hour and a half every Monday while he's teaching so I get to see him every week (plus whenever we sit him), and the difference in his size week to week is just astonishing.
