Eight Below

Have yall ever seen that movie?
I'm watching it now and crying my eyes out like a little baby cause that older dog won't move and one of the other dogs is trying to help him , if you've seen the movie you shoudl know what I'm talking about.
But are the dogs in that movie all huskies or malamutes or a bit of both? I LOVE the larger dogs in this movie, so stunning.

I've seen it. It's been a while, but I'm pretty sure in that movie, I both screamed, and cried... I know what part you're talking about. Very sad.

I've seen the movie and although there are some cute scenes and such, its such a typical Disney movie...If you've seen the original (called "Antarctica") which is a lot closer to the true story of what actually happened, you'll know what I mean.

Most of the dogs are Siberian Huskies but one of the red dogs (forget the name) is an Alaskan Malamute. In the original and in the actual real life event, they used Sakhalin Huskies and Village Alaskan Huskies.
