My heart rate during the day like walking around/sitting/working is only 56-60 while my resting heart rate when I lay in bed is around 42-44. Is this a cause for concern?
I did go to my family doctor once and she measured 56 at the office and she said it was a little slow but since I don't feel ill, it shouldn't be a cause for worry.
The thing is, I don't really exercise a lot or very intensely when I do.. So I don't think my heart rate is low because I'm super fit??? I used to do a lot of sports between 7-15 but I'm 22 now and rarely even go to the gym.. Should I be worried and keep prodding my doctor for more tests?
I don't feel sick or anything except my body temperate seems to be lower than everyone else's around me especially when it's bed time and my heart rate is in the 40s.
