Over the past few days, Maya has been acting strangely around the house. We got back from a Christmas road trip on Friday, and everything was fine. On Sunday, out of the blue, she was standing in the living room and started shaking. She then ran upstairs and got on the bed and she was fine. Since then, she has been staying upstairs (of her own will) where she seems fine, but each time she comes downstairs, she is acting very stressed, and will look around like she sees or smells something, and then usually go right back upstairs.
Other than this weird behavior, she seems ok....she is still eating and is very playful when we are outside. I am starting to get worried and am planning to take her to vet this week, but I was wondering if any of you had some insight?
Right now I am sitting on the bed and he is curled up next to me, napping, as if everything were normal.
