Do I email again?

My kids got their latest rally title certificates in the mail a month ago. Both were wrong. Wrong titles. I emailed. Database had been updated and weighted stuff wrong. K. Yesterday I got new title certs in the mail. They are correct. Moo's is signed. Cider's is not. Would you email to politely complain yet again?

I hang them on the wall.. It looks weird hers in unsigned. I'm sure it's rushed human error.. I just feel bad that this would be me bugging her again.. and It's one person which makes me feel worse..

It would bug me to no end, for me it wouldn't have to be fixed right away, but as soon as she had the time it would greatly be appreciated.

To me an unsigned certificate is not valid so yes you should email them again.

^^ this. It's not valid unless signed. You know it's valid, but the paper is useless as is ...
