When I was getting Sirens meals ready my other dogs would go foolish, using Pre made it is more costly but they love it and though I am sure it's not as good as full out home prepared raw it's making them very happy!
I can't believe the difference in their "output" LOL far less and far firmer.....
I switched my crew to prey model raw over a month ago, and we all LOVE it! I've also found the best places for meat, so it's cheaper than kibble and the dogs maintain weight better... kibble just didn't offer enough calories!
I may try it over the winter when my hours are scaled back, I no sooner brought Siren home when they decided I need to work close to 50 hours a week !!!
Thankfully we have quiet spells and I browse Chaz... LOL
Prey Model Raw here too, as long as you have the sources and freezer space its CHEAP. I have a friend that has 4 danes she feeds on 30-50 a month and that's including gas! She lives way out in the middle of the boonies so that's quite bit of gas
