Here are two pics of Duke. Sorry this is all I have. Hopefully this works. I just added the links to the pics so fingers crosses it works. The first pic is Duke at 4 months when he was posted on petfinder. The second is Duke a few weeks ago at roughly a year old.

Thanks everyone,
Yes he controls his ears on his own. He started having them stand right up like that at around 7 months. And since then they have always been fully upright and never down.
